One Account Per Person/Entity: Please create only one account for yourself or your organization.

Conversely, the Labor Apex name, logo, website design, software, and all other content created by us (excluding Your Content) are the exclusive property of Labor Apex and its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Our Responsibility: Limitation of Liability

We work hard to make Labor Apex reliable and useful, but we can't promise that everything will always be perfect. The Site and its services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. When Things Come to an End: Termination

You are free to stop using Labor Apex at any time. Simply close your account or cease accessing our services.

If your account is terminated, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
